How an organisation gets a subscription, and where the payment method and invoices live.

Getting started

A subscription is set up together with us rather than bought blind. Book a demo and we will go through what your reporting needs and get the organisation running.

The subscription

Billing is per organisation, not per user, so adding a colleague to your organisation does not change what you pay.

An organisation without an active subscription can still sign in, but the reporting area is closed: the home page shows a subscribe prompt instead of your reports. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing opens everything again exactly as it was.

Subscribe opens a hosted checkout where you accept the terms and enter payment details. Access returns immediately.

Managing the subscription

Manage billing on your profile opens the billing portal, where you can update the payment method, download invoices and cancel.

Credits are separate

AI credits are counted per user per month and are not the same thing as the subscription. An organisation can be fully subscribed while an individual user has used up their AI credits for the month. Manual reporting work is unaffected either way.
